Proposed Wastewater Infrastructure Commitment Separate Rates

At the Council Meeting held on 1 August 2022 it was resolved to undertake community consultation on proposed Wastewater Commitment Separate Rates on the following development parcels:

• CT Volume 6269 Folio 679 (Hawthorn Road Pty Ltd);
• CT Volume 6269 Folio 169 (Metro Minters Fields Pty Ltd);
• CT(s) Volume 6255 Folio 342 & Volume 6267 Folio 793 (Nairne West Developments Pty Ltd); and
• CT 6064, Folio 932 (Craven Estates Pty Ltd).

for the purposes of securing the obligation from the developer (when development is undertaken) to Council to the use of the Council's wastewater services and the direct benefit of that to the subject land.

Council is seeking Your Feedback

Information on the proposals will be available during the consultation period under Documents on this page and from the Civic Centre, 6 Dutton Road Mount Barker and the Mount Barker Community Library, Dumas Street Mount Barker. Council is inviting submissions from the community on the Proposals.
