Transport Plan - Road Network Management Action Plan
Consultation has concluded
Consultation has been extended to 5pm Monday 22 July 2024
Council is seeking your feedback on the draft Road Network Management Action Plan which is one of the six draft Action Plans that forms part of the Integrated Transport Plan.
The road network provides a vital role in how we live, work and play. It is fundamental to the success of the Mount Barker Council's aspirations for a safer, healthier, more connected, sustainable and economically prosperous community.
Roads are more than corridors for moving traffic. Roads also provide a place where people walk, cycle and socialise. Roads also support economic development in township main streets as well as moving freight around the district, and they also include significant sections of remnant native vegetation and dependent wildlife.
