Consultation has concluded
Mount Barker District Council in conjunction with Consultants from Play Your Part have formulated a draft Arts Plan for the District. The plan has been designed in the context of research, best practice modelling and consultation and engagement with the community and local stakeholders. The plan provides a roadmap for Council and Mount Barker District residents to bolster arts within the region, leveraging our strengths and implementing new strategies that will provide social, cultural and economic benefit.
We are now seeking feedback from residents in relation to the draft plan and invite you to read through the document and provide any comments you may have about the plan. We are interested to understand if you feel it reflects the aspirations and capacity of the region and if you have any suggestions in relation to changes and why you feel these are necessary.
